Privacy Policy
RCVR (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it when you use the RCVR iOS app and related services.
Data we collect
- Account information — name and email when you create an account, sign in with email, or use Sign in with Apple
- Workout data — workouts, exercises, sets, reps, weight, routines, and training history you record in the app
- Purchases — subscription status and purchase history processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not receive your payment card details
- Identifiers — an account id, and a device id used by our analytics provider
- Diagnostics — crash and error reports via Sentry
- Analytics — product usage events via Mixpanel, such as feature use and onboarding steps. Those events do not include your email or name
Data we do not collect
RCVR does not read Apple Health, and it does not collect health or medical data. Share images you save stay in your photo library on your device. We do not upload them.
How we use your data
- To store your workouts and show your training history
- To sync your account across devices
- To manage Free and RCVR Pro access
- To understand product usage and improve the app
- To diagnose crashes and reliability issues
Data storage & processors
Account and workout data are stored on Supabase. We use Supabase (backend), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Mixpanel (analytics), and Sentry (crash reporting). We do not sell your personal data.
Tracking
RCVR does not use your data for cross-app tracking or third-party advertising. Analytics and diagnostics are used to operate and improve the product.
Your rights
- Delete your account and associated RCVR data in the app: Profile → Delete Account
- Manage App Store subscriptions in iOS Settings → Subscriptions
Children
RCVR is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of RCVR after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
